Ingredients:


1 kg  skinless chicken breasts boneless small pieces

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 large onion, finely chopped

2 teaspoons garlic paste

2 teaspoons ginger paste

1 teaspoon cumin powder

1 teaspoon coriander powder

1 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon garam masala

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt

2 large tomatoes, pureed

1/2 cup water

Cilantro leaves, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:


In a big skillet over medium-high heat, warm the oil.


Cook the chopped onions until they are golden brown after being added.


Add the garlic and ginger paste to the skillet and stir for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.


Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides.


Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, paprika, and salt to the skillet. Stir until the chicken is coated in the spices.


Pour in the pureed tomatoes and water to the skillet. Stir to combine.


Cover the skillet and let the chicken simmer for about 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.


Garnish with chopped cilantro leaves and serve hot with rice or naan bread.
