Ingredients:


1 kg chicken breast, cut into small pic

1 pound of pasta (penne, fusilli or any other pasta of your choice)

2 tablespoons of olive oil

2 cloves of garlic, minced

1 onion, chopped

1 can of diced tomatoes

1/2 cup of chicken broth

1/2 teaspoon of dried basil

Salt and pepper, to taste

Parmesan cheese, grated


Instructions:


The spaghetti should be prepared as directed on the package. Pasta should be drained and placed aside.

Olive oil should be heated to a medium-high temperature in a big skillet. Add the chicken cubes and cook until browned on all sides, stirring occasionally.
