Andhra chicken fry recipe


Andhra Chicken Fry is a popular South Indian dish that originated in the state of Andhra Pradesh. It is a spicy and flavorful chicken dish that is typically served as an appetizer or side dish.
Ingredients:

1 pound boneless chicken pieces, cut into bite-sized cubes
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
1 tablespoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt, to taste
Oil, for frying
Curry leaves, for garnish
Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, add the chicken pieces, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well and let marinate for at least 30 minutes. Heat oil in a deep pan or kadhai over medium-high heat.

Once the oil is hot, add the marinated chicken pieces and fry until golden brown and crispy. Be sure not to overcrowd the pan, and fry in batches if necessary.

Remove the fried chicken pieces from the pan using a slotted spoon and drain excess oil on a paper towel.

Serve hot, garnished with curry leaves.
