Paneer Sabji recipe


 Paneer Sabji is a popular vegetarian dish from North India that is made with soft and succulent paneer cubes cooked in a creamy tomato gravy. Here's how to make it:


Ingredients:


200 grams paneer, cut into cubes

2 tbsp oil

1 onion, finely chopped

1 tsp ginger paste

1 tsp garlic paste

2 tomatoes, pureed

1 tsp cumin powder

1 tsp coriander powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp garam masala powder

Salt to taste

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 tsp sugar

2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

Instructions:


Heat oil in a pan and sauté finely chopped onions until they become translucent.


Add ginger-garlic paste.


Add pureed tomatoes and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes become soft.


Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes after well mixing.


Add paneer cubes and mix well so that the sauce coats the paneer evenly.


Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the paneer becomes soft and tender.


Add heavy cream and sugar. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.


Serve hot with naan, roti, or rice and garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
