Margarita

2 oz tequila

1 oz lime juice

1/2 oz triple sec

Salt for rimming (optional)

Instructions: Rub the rim of a cocktail glass with a lime wedge and dip it in salt to rim. Add tequila, lime juice, and triple sec into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Mix vigorously, then strain into the prepared glass.Garnish with a lime wheel.


Old Fashioned

2 oz bourbon or rye whiskey

1 sugar cube

2 dashes Angostura bitters

Orange peel

Ice cubes

Instructions: Place the sugar cube in an Old Fashioned glass and add the bitters. Muddle with a dash of water until the sugar is dissolved.. Add a large ice cube and the whiskey. Stir until chilled. Garnish with an orange peel.


Mojito

2 oz white rum

1 oz lime juice

1/2 oz simple syrup

Fresh mint leaves

Club soda

Ice cubes

Instructions: In a highball glass, muddle mint leaves with lime juice and simple syrup. Add ice and pour in the rum. Top with club soda and stir gently. Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wedge.


Cosmopolitan

2 oz vodka

1 oz cranberry juice

1/2 oz Cointreau or triple sec

1/2 oz lime juice

Ice cubes

In a cocktail shaker packed with ice, combine all of the ingredients. Mix well, then serve into a cold martini glass. Garnish with a twist of lime.

Bloody Mary

2 oz vodka

4 oz tomato juice

1/2 oz lemon juice

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

2 dashes Tabasco sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

Celery stalk for garnish

Ice cubes

Instructions: Rim a tall glass with celery salt. Add ice and all ingredients except for the celery stalk. Mix everything together and decorate with the celery stalk.
