Easy Egg Bites

Egg bites are a tasty and healthy breakfast or snack option that are easy to make and customizable to your taste preferences. With this simple recipe, you can make delicious egg bites in no time.

Ingredients:

6 large eggs

1/2 cup of milk

1/2 cup of shredded cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Add-ins of your choice (such as diced ham, cooked bacon, chopped spinach, diced tomatoes, etc.)

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a large mixing basin, whisk together the eggs and milk until thoroughly incorporated.

Add in the shredded cheese, salt, and pepper, and mix until everything is evenly distributed.

Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray, then spoon the egg mixture into each muffin cup, approximately 2/3 full.

Add your chosen add-ins to each muffin cup, distributing them evenly among the cups. You can mix and match different add-ins for variety.

Bake the egg bits for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the egg has set, in a preheated oven.

Take the muffin pan from the oven and set aside for a few minutes before extracting the egg bits.

Serve the egg bits immediately or refrigerate them in an airtight container for up to a week. For a quick and simple breakfast or snack, reheat them in the microwave or oven.

Optional: Use a sous vide machine to make these egg bites by putting the egg mixture and add-ins into small mason jars or vacuum-sealed bags and cooking them for 60-90 minutes at 172°F.

Enjoy your delicious and customizable egg bites!
