Chicken Tikka Kebab Recipe


 Indians love to roast chicken pieces on skewers after marinating them in a spiced yoghurt mixture and grilling sauce. This meal is called chicken tikka kebab. Preparing instructions for Chicken Tikka Kebab:


Ingredients:


500 grams boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

1/2 cup plain yogurt

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon ginger paste

1 tablespoon garlic paste

2 teaspoons red chili powder

2 teaspoons coriander powder

1 teaspoon cumin powder

1 teaspoon garam masala powder

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

Salt, to taste

1 tablespoon oil

Skewers

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, and salt.


Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well to coat the chicken thoroughly. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.


Soak the skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent them from burning.


Preheat your oven to 200°C.


Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers.


Brush the skewers with oil and place them on a baking sheet.


Bake the chicken for 20-25 minutes or until it is cooked through and golden brown.


Serve the chicken tikka kebab hot with some fresh coriander leaves and lemon wedges on the side.
