Here is a recipe for veg crispy:


Ingredients:


1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup cornstarch

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 cup water

2 cups mixed vegetables (such as carrots, green beans, bell peppers, onions, etc.), cut into small pieces

Oil for frying

Instructions:


In a large bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.


Add water to the dry ingredients and mix until you have a smooth batter.


Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.


Dip the vegetable pieces into the batter to coat them completely.


Place the coated vegetables in the hot oil and fry until they are crispy and golden brown.


Remove the fried vegetables from the oil with a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.


Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
