Instructions:

Mix the wheat flour and salt together in a mixing dish. Add water gradually and knead the dough until it is soft and smooth. Combine all of the ingredients to form a filling.

Crumbled paneer, chopped onion, green chilies, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt in a separate mixing dish.Combine all of the ingredients to form a filling.

Roll the dough into tiny balls and then into circles.

Take one circle, place a tablespoon of the filling in the center, and bring the edges together to seal the filling inside. Roll it out again into a circle, making sure the filling is spread evenly.

Combine all of the ingredients to form a filling. Place the rolled-out paratha on the tawa and cook for a minute or until you see bubbles forming on the surface.

Flip the paratha and cook the other side for a minute as well.

Apply a few drops of oil on both sides of the paratha, and cook until it turns golden brown.

Repeat with the remaining dough and filling.

Serve hot with some yogurt or chutney. Enjoy your delicious Paneer Paratha!
