Instructions:

For Cabbage balls:

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, all-purpose flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, ginger paste, red chili powder, and salt.

Add more water as needed to make a thick batter.

Heat the oil in a big frying pan over medium-high heat..

Shape the cabbage mixture into small balls and gently drop them into the hot oil.

Fry until the cabbage balls are golden brown and crispy.

Remove the fried cabbage balls from the oil with a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.

For Manchurian Sauce:

Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat.

Add chopped onion, green chili, ginger paste, and garlic paste. Saute until onions turn translucent.

Add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, red chili powder, black pepper powder, and salt. Stir well.

Stir in the cornstarch-water combination constantly until the sauce thickens.

Adjust the sauce's consistency with water as required...

Add the fried cabbage balls to the Manchurian sauce and stir gently until the balls are coated well.

Garnish with chopped spring onions.
