Chicken cutlet recipe for chicken cutlets/chicken patties/chicken tikki:

Ingredients:

500g ground chicken

1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped

2-3 green chilies, finely chopped

1 tablespoon ginger paste

1 tablespoon garlic paste

1 teaspoon red chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin powder

1 teaspoon coriander powder

1 teaspoon garam masala powder

Salt to taste

2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves

2 tablespoons corn flour

2 tablespoons breadcrumbs

1 egg, beaten

Oil for frying

Instructions:


In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped onion, green chilies, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, salt, and chopped fresh coriander leaves. Mix well.


Add the corn flour and breadcrumbs to the chicken mixture and mix well.


Add the beaten egg to the mixture and mix until everything is well combined.


Shape the mixture into small patties or tikkis.


Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the patties in the pan and fry until they turn golden brown on both sides. Flip them occasionally to ensure even cooking.


Remove the patties from the pan and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.


Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or chutney.
